Creativation Seminar
Reclaim, cultivate and evolve the inbred creative talent we all posses through the day-long Creativation seminar. Presented in a highly interactive, playful and accelerated learning environment, the seminar is designed to inspire and teach useful, innovative thinking.
Creativation participants will:

Introduction and warmup.
Participants get ready to have a positive learning experience through a stimulating, relaxed environment, clear meaningful goals and immediate personal engagement in the process.Think about it.
Participants will be introduced to and incorporate into their thinking a set of three principles useful in approaching creative challenges. These principles, presented with an accompanying activity to reinforce their validity and value, provide a framework and springboard for further knowledge.Creative? Who me?
Participants will understand and discard myths and limiting beliefs about their own creative capabilities through illustration, examination and discussion of preconceived notions regarding creativity. This module also includes activities designed to rekindle the creative spark.How many brains do we have, anyway?
As a preparation for absorbing and utilizing a set of creative techniques, participants will gain a general understanding of how the brain operates, how to distinguish between left and right brain functions and how to find an effective balance. Included are exercises to move beyond solely rational, cognitive, linear, and fixed modes of thinking.Imagination and daydreaming ain't so silly.
Participants will understand the role and power of their own imagination and its relevance to the creative process and success mechanisms. Included are exercises creating dynamic and useful movies of the mind as well as "minds-on" exercises for breathing life into vision statements.Skipping stones on the reservoir of ideas.
Participants will understand the four basic steps of the creative process and create relevant applications to real life situations. Activities to help learners link steps to brain functions are presented as well as a review of situations, activities or states of consciousness conducive to the emergence of ideas.Braindiving into the reservoir.
Participants will learn a dynamic brainstorming technique, Braindiving. An Interactive demonstration of (how to avoid and break limiting brainstorming habits is also presented. In this module, participants will discover the multiple uses of Braindiving. The seminar will culminate with participants generating hundreds of ideas related to a relevant problem or project they are facing.
Braindiving Ideation Session
Learn to use a dynamic and highly productive brainstorming technique for generating countless ideas in the Braindiving half-day ideation session.
Essentially, a half-day version of the Creativiation Seminar, this session is designed to quickly focus on and learn a technique for generating hundreds of ideas quickly. Highly interactive and stimulating, the session provides an entertaining demonstration of how not to brainstorm and the benefits of collaboration in generating ideas. It concludes by addressing a real and pressing problem or project facing the participants.
